Delivery & Returns

You are excited! We are excited! Coco Fever is excited! That’s why we are doing our best to process every single order as quickly as possible. Orders within Bulgaria take 1-2 business days for delivery, with international orders taking 7-14 business days depending on your location (bank holidays excluded) and are subject to stock availability.

These periods are indicative only, and whilst we will make every effort to ensure you receive your delivery in good time, IK Trading Group Ltd. does not guarantee delivery  before the end of the specified period and shall not be liable for any delay in delivery or performance. If your product is lost or damaged in transit, you must make your claim in writing. Damaged products must be retained in case we need to inspect them. For failed deliveries, please wait 10 working days in case of delays.

As a consumer you have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item according to local and European Law within 14 (fourteen) days after the date the item is delivered. This applies to all items which are offered and purchased on this website. To withdraw from a purchase you must notify us by letter, fax or email. In order to exercise your right of withdrawal you must return the item in the same condition in which it was delivered to you within a 14 day period after giving notice. Due to the nature of the product and for hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns if the product has been opened/used, shows signs of wear and tear or the packaging has been damaged. Please note that you are liable for the delivery costs of returning the item to us.

If the withdrawal is made in the above manner, the purchase contract for the item is cancelled and we shall refund your money within 28 (twenty-eight) days. The only exception would be if the product has been opened/used, shows signs of wear and tear or the packaging has been damaged; in such a case you have to pay the loss value of the item and the delivery costs.
