How does Coco Fever taste?

What is the difference between regular activated charcoal and Coco Fever?

Regular activated charcoal (tablets, capsules etc.) sold in stores differs greatly from Coco Fever. It is of different quality and mesh size, meaning that if you use an activated charcoal tablet or capsule to whiten your teeth it could cause enamel damage.

Coco Fever is a natural finely reduced powder made from coconut shells, which ensures enamel safety. Don’t worry no trees were harmed in the process and the husks we use are not a food source.

Our charcoal undergoes a process called “activation”, achieved by burning the shells in the absence of air and exposing the product to a superheated steam at temperature above 800 C. The steam enhances the charcoal’s microporosity, creating an extremely high surface area, making Coco Fever such an effective adsorbent.

Have you got any certificates regarding the ingredients, quality and product safety?

Yes, of course we do! Coco Fever has a Cosmetic Product Dossier and Cosmetic Product Safety Report (CPSR) conducted by a qualified assessor. The product has also been notified in the Cosmetic Products Notification Portal (CPNP) under number 2580144.
